As you say James, it must simply be a case of the community spirit of
watching a TV broadcast
My own reason for watching the show on TV when I have it on DVD is to boost
ratings for the show, if ratings fall they take it off.

Is yours one of the 5,100 households that have agreed to
participate in compiling the ratings for the Broadcasters
Audience Research Board, Claire? If not, I hate to tell
you this but your own viewing behaviour has no impact on
the viewing figures at all ..

Anyway, that really just begs a different question: if they
take it off, why do you care, if you've got the DVDs? :D
