Voice of S.I.D

I've looked for a credit for the voice of S.I.D. It sounds like
Valentine Dyall to me. Anyone know for sure?

The voice of SID is Mel Oxley. Don't ask me why I remember that - I read it
in Gerry Anderson's "Space Report" column in Starlog magazine in the 70's.
That was back before Starlog was taken over by the Paramount hype machine
and acknowledged the existence of other non-ST shows (no, I am not bashing
Trek). Maybe they've changed.

Anyone else remember that column?

Yes. When they cancelled it it was around the time I stopped reading Starlog
regularly.
