Wheee!

All right, Marc!
"Court Martial" is an episode I can get my teeth into! Just loved it! So
many excellent moments that it makes the few duds easy to swallow. Let me
think... okay, there's all the scenes in Henderson's office, both at the
beginning and the end. There's Ed waking Alec up from a sound sleep (really
fun) and Paul on the roller coaster (such a cool scene!) There's Straker
vs. Jackson in the courtroom, where I think the commander definitely takes
the honors, and my all-time favorite scene (because I'm a woman and these
things matter) when Straker does the whole tearing open his Nehru jacket
thing in Paul's apartment. But something I missed when I saw it years ago,
but was wowed by this time, was after the sentencing, when Straker looks at
Paul before leaving the courtroom. What compassion! Just incredible! Not
a word needed to be said. How does anyone get that much emotion in their
eyes and across the camera?
So, now you know how I feel about "Court Martial." Glad you asked?
