Where are the Interceptor launch bays in relation to Moonbase itself?

the still photos and screen captures of Moonbase don't show the launch tube craters anywhere near Moonbase itself - has there ever been mention made of where the Interceptor launch tubes are in relation to Moonbase and how far away they are?

I haven't seen any exterior photos showing the launch craters
relative to the base.

However, in some of the latter episodes (CAT WITH TEN LIVES,
THE MAN WHO CAME BACK), there is a fitness area where you
can see the Interceptor launch bay through the window).

Sometimes they overfly Moonbase after launch, sometimes they don't, IIRC.
