dead electrons

in the series, there are lots of events where things are frozen or made stasis,
so my matter-anti-matter propulsion beam will only work, if the nuclear matter on the top, and the anti-matter on the bottom of the ufo is drawn to and nuetralized on the fin struts and then projected out as dead atoms, with no electrons or positrons moving. then the dead atomic beam could be pin wheeled out like paddles on a fish in the water, to move the ufo. the more that are shot out, the faster it would go, spinning like a pinwheel, pushing against gravity wells, gases and even atmospheres.
strakers face was being pushed like a wind in the timelash episode, when the ufo was close, proposing some kind of projected force.
to make a powerful weapon?
simply shoot it out of the field in a magnetic shell bubble and when they all collide inside the failed bubble on impact, matter-anti matter explosion.
