below are the episodes in question, from my previous post.. some of these details seem a little fuzzy , I'll have to re-watch them to be clear............
a member asked which storys i'm referring to, among the questions, when didthey kidnap 7 people, when did a misty floor appear: Note as follows, that i don't HAVE verified episode titles here, but pleaseread this: 1. In the story where Straker accidently hits w/ his car his own son, a UFOcrashes, w/ an escape pod carrying the pilot. ( "Question of Priorities"???) 2. In one story, a telepathic man's house is wrecked by a UFO crashing intoit. The man's name is given as "Croxley" (spelling?) 3. In another story, an Interceptor Pilot AND his wife, are both taken intoa UFO thru large rectangular doors, the man is seen "frozen" ( unable to move ) in a dark UFO inside, WITH A FOG OR MIST on the floor, then the aliens put him back in his car, rejecting him, because his body organs are unsuitable. later, in his Inteceptor, the man is unable to shoot down the UFO kidnapping his wife, due to alien control. This story MAY be "Cat w/ 10 lives". 4. The reference to 7 people kidnapped is from dialog, there are referencesin various stories that imply that it's "standard" alien practice to get as many as 7 people, for kidnap to steal body organs. |

I still don't think there was any "fog" or "mist" inside the UFO
in THE CAT WITH TEN LIVES, nor do I think there was there any mention of 7 people kidnapped at once. Going to try and cross reference this post with your original.
1. Yes, A Question of Priorities. Straker's son John is actually hit by another motorist when he runs out into the road, not by Straker himself. This is the one with the escape pod coming out of the UFO. I would tend to agree with the original post that the passenger compartment probably doesn't spin. How would THAT work? Makes me dizzyjust thinking about it. : ) 2. ESP. This is the one where the UFO crashes into the top floor of a house. To me it looks closer in size to the Apollo command module rather than the Gemini capsule. Maybe somewhere between the 2 in size. The statement in the original post, " but the way it's usually shown, the inner structure is no bigger...", makesno sense to me, as the interior of a UFO was never really shown. Only fairly tight shots on an actor inside, really giving no sense of the sizeof the interior. 3. You are correct. The Cat With Ten Lives. There IS a shot of an alien's feet as he is walking into what appears to be a doorway (presumably of a UFO), at least 3 or 4 feet wide. But no sign of 2 doors widely separated. Then Jim Regan is shown against a completely black background. Can't even tell if he is standing, or lying down. No mist/fog in the UFO that I can see. 4. Now that you mention it, I remember at least one instance (but notwhich ep), where they are discussing the disappearance of multiple people from the same general area. I just don't recall if it was inferred that they were taken by one UFO, or even all at the same time. Hopefully someone else's memory is better than mine.
