Hello everyone, I am a new member from South Wales.

I first saw UFO back in 1986 when our local ITV station broadcast UFO
in an 11.00am Saturday morning Slot. Though it could be weeks between
showing one episode to another, which was very irritating. This was not
the casein 1985 when they repeated Captain Scarlet - thought hey moved
it from a Saturday am slot to a Sunday Am slot
I could not believe what a fantastic series UFO was and that they
stopped after just 26 episodes.
It has only been with the release of the complete DVD sets that I
have been able to see all the episodes.
Also about Ed Bishop - I recently bought the Strange Report (1968
series) DVD and in episode three about a cult, Mr Bishop shows up as a
member of the cult, speaking over a microphone broadcasting the arrival
of the cult leaders by helicopter. It is quite funny with Ed talking
about 'Lots of love and Giving'
