It was a PC game entitled "UFO: Enemy Unknown". The theme
almost mirroed the SHADO setup, a point not lost on at least one
contemporary games reviewer in the mid 90s. The game had
moonbased interceptors, submarine defence, ground defences etc.
Re-style the vehicles, aliens, saucers, combatants etc and you
could have the perfect UFO game.
I saw a copy at a car boot a few weeks back and pssed it up.
Have regretted doing so since.
Dave.
