In my novelization of the UFO comic-strip story "The Snatch" (Foster is
abducted to the alien homeworld and steals a UFO and comes back), I say that
an Interceptor fired a special small capture-and-return missile that trailed
entangling ropes, used to recover men (or aliens) stranded in space.
