The best thing I found for both my sinus problem and thrush/candida was
visiting my local acupuncture man. Most acupuncturists are also
qualified herbalists and the concoction he made for me cleared all that
up. Believe me, it works.
I have every sympathy and empathy for you and I hope you feel better
