All this talk (well, some of it) about the UFO music has promted me to write
yet another e-mail that's probably old news to you guys (and gals, how's
about that then?).

There are rumours that Fanderson are planning a release of UFO music this
time next year, and it'll be a double CD like their two releases of Space
1999 music. So be prepared to groove to the slinky sound of Harry Stoneham's
Hammond organ.

(For the Brits amongst us, Harry was the guy who provided musical backing
with has band for the Terry Wogan talk shows of the eighties.)

Also, a version of the UFO theme is available on Sci Fi's Greatest Hits Vol
3. It's supposedly not *the* one used in the series, as the instumental mix
is slightly different, but it's almost certainly from the same sessions. I'm
listening to it now, and I think the drumming is not harsh enough.
