My summary of Space 1999 would be along the lines of technically first
class, some interesting plot ideas, but all together too slow. The look of
the show is fantastic, and the atmosphere of the loneliness of Moonbase
Alpha is certainly captured in some episodes. Bu out of the first series,
there are only half a dozen or so episodes that really stand out.
