Well for some reason the folks who make the Carlton discs & the folks
who make the A&E discs are not sharing their extras, menus, etc with
each other. To me, this seems incredibly dumb, but all you have to
do is join the ITC_DVD mailing list to discover that these 2 groups
of people seem to want to have nothing to do with each other --
they seem more interested in their egos than doing something
that might produce a better product for both the USA and the UK.
So as a result, the fans suffer... :-(
