Deborah Rorabaugh's SHADO Library, at http://www.shadolibrary.org/library/ 
, is the main online repository for UFO fanfic. It has gen, het, and slash
material -- although last time I looked, I couldn't find any index which
indicated which story was in which category (and Deb, that'd be *awfully*
nice to have, for those who prefer to either seek out or avoid certain types).

Actually, there isn't a whole lot of UFO slash (said the slash fan, sadly),
so you're more likely to run into gen or het.
