I've heard of skins for video games. That involves taking a character in a
game and altering it to look like someone else. There was a big thing in the
computer first person shooter games like Doom to make skins that looked like
other characters. The military even used it to make skins that looked like
military personel carrying military weapons. Other people did things like
making skins ranging from real people to cartoon characters.
