You can download TV episodes?
Maybe I can try to get one of those DVD players. I will have to get a
new VCR soon <ponder> Hmmmmmmm. <thinking cap on>

LOL! Yeah. VCDs can be viewed on a computer without a DVD drive, can't
they? I don't know what SVCD is - Super VCD, presumably ... Ah, well, my
puter is so slow, probably can't view VCDs on it either.

Better still, buy the Daewoo 500N-3000 for $99. It can
play up to 5 (or is it 6?) different regions,
switchable from PAL to NCTS on the fly and requires no
hacking! I prefer to use a Sima Copymaster to deal
with Macrovision and it does a great job.
