The POWER DVD program I have on my computer that I use to play DVD's with
varying degrees of success (I have the most trouble with the DVDs that have
the "PC FRIENDLY" program in them---talk about a contradiction in terms).
Anyway, there is a menu option to change regions but you only get one or two
switches then
the program locks into that region.

Has anyone stateside tried this with non region 1 DVD's? If so do they work
well enough to ordering the Carlton UFO disks rather than waiting for A&E to
release what might be a lesser version?
