Christian,
if you have a frame capture of a UFO passing Ropers car this would
indeed give you something of a known size to measure against, if you know the
size of the particular car. If you don't then you can measure it against
something that is of known size and pretty much standard everywhere the width
of the highway which are usually around 18 to 24 feet for a two lane road.
