As I recall, all ufos seen during the series looked basically the
same, so the ufos must had been the same size (otherwise, you
wouldn't expect that everything would scale up or down at the same
proportion). I am taking about the "real" ufos, not the models.

I was going to point out the ufo in A QUESTION OF PRIORITIES. As you
all probably recall, before it crashes in the sea, the alien leaves
the ufo in a small capsule that comes out from the bottom of the
flying ufo. Now it seems to me that this capsule must had been very
small, probably just big enough to hold a single alien.
