Yes, but my point wasn't whether or not Roper deserved it or
not, but whether it was clever from a tactical point of view.

I have to laugh when I see things like this. Shows like UFO and Star Trek do what is good from a DRAMATIC standpoint, first, last and always. Even JAG, which used to pride itself on being realistic, has surended to the "Drama First, Reality Check Later" symdrom.

Besides, most writers don't have a military background, so that they don't realize what us vetrans are laughing at them for.
