Was anyone else upset like myself at the ending? It really bothered me--asa
kid-- that the alien got shot without a chance. As an adult, it still bothers
me that it just ends! What an opportunity for Foster argue philosophy with
Straker over his decisions to kill rather than communicate with the aliens.
That could have been a whole other episode with Foster displaying some of
that stubornness he had. It's like a bad inding to a book that you just
can't get past because the book is so good...
