Captain Scarlet had it before that! I well remember one bank
holiday, in the late '60s in England. I had spent most of the
day sunbathing and kicking a football around in the garden with
my parents and brother, but I went into the house to watch
Captain Scarlet.

When I rejoined my family in the garden, my mum asked me if had
enjoyed the programme, and I replied "yes, but the Mysterons won
this time". She thought I was pulling her leg and flatly
refused to believe it!
