Sci-Fi,
It is highly presumptuous of anyone to say otherwise, but...

How do we know whether he might entertain such a thought unless he is ASKED??

Isn't it just worth a try?

I am sure if Gerry Anderson were approached in the right sort of way
concerning such an idea towards finding a substantial financial resource,
that this would at least have a chance.. Remember also.... ILM is also in
California, and it would be easier to make FX stuff there-- even like UFO
style (collaboration between Lucas & Spelling & Anderson??)

I'm sure he wouldn't be shy about asking such a thing of anyone of Mr.
Spelling's stature :) ESPECIALLY if he saw that MANY UFO fans were
enthusiastic :)
