In this episode, Cmdr. Straker calls the radio operator Ayshea
"Lieutenant".
Are there any other episode in which he calls her so?

As you have already recognized that the SHADO Mobile had a headlight
each left and right on the front side of the body below its front
windows, and you also find another light on its roof when one of the
Mobiles makes a front approach to the pond.
In other episodes, Mobiles do not have the same light at that
position, so I suppose this is a detachable one.
