Hi
Yes I can actually remember the original broadcast on the BBC, although only
vaguely. If memory serves it was part of a series of programmes about
disasters that were theatrical reconstructions with a narrater which went
out at about 09.25 p.m. after the News.
So far as I know it has not been broadcast again although I could be wrong
about that.
