I think you have a good memory.
In fact, literal translation translation from the Japanese NHK titile
into English is:
Documentary Drama Series #2 "SOS! Apollo 13, The Astronauts seized
with fear"

That is, it was no doubt the second episode of a series programmes
which had at least two episodes.
I wish BBC could released the whole series on DVDs of course
including the episode "Life at Stake".
Is not there anyone that is working for the BBC video archives???
