In 'The Responsibility Seat', there is a lighting or coloration problem that
makes the spacesuits worn by the Lt Ellis and Joan Harrington (or is it Nina
Barry?) take on a yellowish hue... maybe that's what you mean? It's near the
very end, just as the Russian mining rig is about to hit Moonbase.
Other than that, maybe your TV at the time was out of color balance...
Or, as with me, you did imagine it. You would not be alone. I swear to this
day I saw an 'extended' or 'uncut' version of 'Computer Affair' when I was
about 14 that had the intro where Gay Ellis and the other were celebrating
Mark Bradley's birthday... it is SO real in my mind I know I saw it, and it
was years before that I became aware that that was actually part of the
script that had been edited out...
There are a few other scenes from 'Computer Affair' that I know I saw. I do
not remember seeing any other footage from other episodes though...
Best, Griff

I can't think of a single episode of UFO which featured the women in such
outfits, so you must be thinking of some other sci-fi series. Perhaps Lost
in Space. I seem to remember an episode or two on there where they had
gold people...I think men and women, dressed in smooth gold suits, with
helmets and silver face and hand paint. I'm sure other sci-fi series have
used something like this too. Maybe Buck Rogers.
