Yes, it was in the UK, and the channel would have been either 'Anglia
Television' or 'Southern TV'.

Yes, the scene as I remember it matched entirely the scene as laid out in
the scripts I have subsequently seen of the 'Computer Affair'. I remember
the movements of the actors, Gabrielle Drake's face as the UFO alarm comes
in over the speaker, the way they held their drinks glasses. It is extremely
vivid in my memory, and I know I saw it. There was also a scene in Straker's
office with Freeman.

I suppose it's possible -- there was that alternate version of THE
PRISONER episode "The Chimes of Big Ben", after all, and there was an
extra scene in the SPACE:1999 episode "The Metamorph" which several
people claimed to have seen. Where (what country/network/channel) did
you see this? And did your memory of what happened in the episode
match what was in the script?
