I don't believe that it is. You have taken a character "Off the path" so to speak, and shoved them into an alternate world. I can't see Straker getting it on with every woman who crosses his path, but they are still fun, because they are POSSIBLE, given his record in the TV show.
Vampires and other cross over/weird events are also possible, but much more unlikely. But the sexual, as well as most other, habits of the characters are too well established to do more then cringe at some of the stuff that I have read.
Not to knock Pam or Denise, or any of the others, especially given that I have never put any of my own stuff on the site, but part of the joy in reading FanFic is that it is "Possible,"just we didn't get to see it in the show or it was implied by the sequence or that one.
SLASH is more like the theather of the absurd or a Mirror Universe where everthing is twisted around. Fun to vist, sometimes but not very believable.
PS I can't believe that Mac is letting this thread go considering what happened the last time that SLASH was discussed in this group. I think Yuck is still mad at me for picking on her Knight in the tub

I was aware of what you were referring to - and still maintain
that actors can't be slandered via their characters.
Whether a rampantly promiscuous, homosexual Straker (or Freeman,
or Foster ..) IS really the same character is a different question
though.
