Interesting! James, thanks a lot for the response. I remember that
in "Conflict", Alex Freeman is setting up the pieces on the top
level (looked like in the "traditional way"), but then there were
(as I recall) extra pieces on level 2 or level 3. But based on the
link that you provided, there are some variations of the game that
can have extra pieces. Interesting...
