If I remember correctly, they didn't use Ed Bishop for Capt Blue's
voice, as it had aged too much to get away with it (something that's
borne out by his voiceover on the little Capt Scarlet scene they
filmed for one of the Scarlet DVDs).

So if that's correct, what's the new voice of Captain Blue like?
