Fanderson doesn't have a say in the matter. The copyright holders
only allowed them to make that CD on the conditions that it was
limited to 1000 copies, and that it only be sold to club members.
The 1000 copies were sold, and that's that. Now we must wait and
see if a public release ever comes out.
