Firstly,I want to make it plain that no criticism is intended with
regard to Fanderson, anyone involved in organising the event, or any
of the guests.I also do not wish to take the shine off what obviously
was a very exciting and enjoyable day.
But the fact remains,it is anchronistic for the studio itself to
prevent a small group of people on a very rare occasion, who have paid
a lot of money to visit the site, only then to unreasonably, and it has
to be said rather pettily, order and restrict them.
No one is suggesting crawling all over the studio, going wherever you
feel like ,snapping like mad.But clearly there was never any danger
of that occuring.
As I suggested a modest number of photos under the supervison of one
of the event organiser's limited only to the areas of the tour, could
not possibly have caused any harm.
It does sound like a blanket policy, without much consideration given
to individual circumstances.
