That would make it bigger than the filming miniatures!? Personally I
have never heard of this model you are referring to - any more info
on it?

There have been resin/fibreglass models to the same size as the
filming miniature - not totally accurate but impressive in size.

As for Seagull X-Ray there was a small very basic resin model of it a
few years ago - best bet for that is to keep your eye on E-bay.
