Yes, this is good advice, and advice that I should follow myself!

Folks, getting upset about what our SHADO list troll posts is
exactly what he/she wants. They enjoy seeing message after
message in response to their posts (like this one!). And the
more upset the reply is, the better!

The best thing to do with a list troll is to ignore them. And
if someone needs help with this, as list moderator I will happily
delete replies to the list troll. Hopefully we won't have to
go into 100% moderation mode for this (where all messages must
be reviewed for approval), but it may come to that,,,
