Pan I agree with you in all respects. I personally cringe when I hear that a classic will be remaded, war of the worlds, however, a remade can be great if handled right, battlestar galactica.
So made be someone with the right understanding of what the show was about,it views and fans with some intellange, can do a masterful job with it.
