They left it open at the end of the excellent first episode; Cdr Koneig voice over of "Meta" and the sound fade up of the signal from Meta but nothing was heard of it again. Shame.

Seemed there course was well plotted, they where on a line for Meta.
Unstoppable I can understand, as well as uncharted. But that still should
not have stopped them from figuring out to survive and live and thrive on
the Moon.
