Also, I'm assuming that the actual scans that Rex has aren't that
great, quality-wise.  I say that because I have seen the actual
scans that were provided to some licensees of UFO merchandise,
and in my opinion, the quality isn't that great -- low resolution,
poor scanning equipment used, improper "photoshopping"
to correct the color/contrast, etc.

It'd be far better to rescan the original transparencies with
good equipment, at very high resolutions and 48-bit color.
