As far as I know looking at photographs with technicians and crew holding /standing near the model there were about three different sizes.
Approximately these were 4in 8in and 12in in diameter.
It should be fairly easy with the DVD,s to assess how big
the UFO was supposed to be by comparing it to Strakers car and with a House it crashes into in the episodes FLIGHTPATH and ESP respectively.
Yes I think the subject has been mentioned before.
