FYI, somebody is posting the series on VCD-ready mpeg on alt.binaries.vcd.highspeed.

He's already up to the teens.

That's great, if these freaking PUBLIC computers would let me subscribe to a news group. Sometimes, I have a hard enough time getting through to Yahoo on the Library Computer, thanks to the "Security" features they have here.

Well ...... are they in one file each or broken up? (I don't know how to
merge files like that). And are they huge files? I would imagine they
are and I don't have a high speed connection. <sigh>

I have downloaded all the series from the said newsgroups and it took me
a while. Approx 6 mths
There are usually about 52 files per EP and they are about 15megs each
and you merge them with a program called WINRAR.
Very good quality they are too

No, I would not spend that much time - WHEW! (I don't even have a fast
connection!) I will just get the DVDs. (If I can ever get up off this
