Can anybody clear up the Mystery...

Hi All, I was looking at some pictures of Strakers car posted at Marc's site.
I noticed something very odd...Strakers car has NO rear view or side view
mirrors present, at least I don't see any. Even the blueprints don't show
evidence that there are any. Is there some reason for this? I've always
loved the style of that car and this is the first time I noticed that. Does
anyone know where I could find more pictures of his car or of Fosters? Thanks

Dave,
I think the reason for no rear-view mirror is so that it didn't block
the view into the car thru the windscreen and also so that shots out from
inside the car didn't show the cameraman in the mirror. Look and see how
many cars in movies and TV series are missing the rear-view mirror.
