Collins in the episode "The Man That Came Back"?

No. He shows up later in the episode "The Long Sleep", which is arguably the
last ep in the series.

I have the Complete Book of UFO, and it says there was a deleted
scene that showed Collins injected Jackson with the Amnesia Drug, so
he would forget what he found out when testing Collins.
