Dinky Shadomobile

Aha...someone wrote to me asking how much is the Interceptor...well,
I do not know , but I suspect it is probably about 25pounds. It
should still be there, as it is rather tucked away.
I am surprised that there was only one missile with the Mobile,,,as I
had one before which seemed to have two...but then again, maybe the
previous owner had taken one from another source!

Spare missiles for Lady Penelope's car can be had from:
www.modelcarparts.com. Might that fit the ShadoMobile? These guys also list
spare parts for the SHADO Interceptor. I haven no personal experience of
dealing with them.

Yes - should be the exact same thing - the generic Dinky
missile.

I had a look at the www.modelcarparts site and couldn't find the
missiles, though I did find an entry for

'Lady Penelope's Fab 1, set of 4 (rear) harpoons'

Note (just in case there's any doubt) that these aren't the
same thing as the missiles - the missiles were essentially white
plastic tubing with fins and a little grey rubber warhead added
- the harpoons were very small, very thin, pointy red plastic
sticks. I'd completely forgotten about them .. bet not many
people have any left, they were real vacuum cleaner bait.
