It's a sign of alien infection- the same disease that caused Yuchtar to
drop down dead at her PC just by looking at the photo <g>

Ed really doesn't seemed to have aged much in the last 18 years, but from
1972 to 1982 he did a lot- how can this be? Is yet another sign of alien
interference, maybe a Timelash effect?? Especially when you consider how
old Col. Lake looks now. Hmm, worth investigating further.

I think he probably has aged reasonably evenly, but perhaps the
flash photography / no TV makeup situation represented in the
photo made him look 'more older', as it were, than you might
otherwise expect.

"Sqeak". Either because his uniform slides against the plastic or because
he lands on his pet rubber duck (what else would a sub captain play with in
the bath?)

If there's a fan going, it will go whooosh, otherwise it will go zzzzip,
until the vacuum hits then there's no sound at all even if you have a fan
running but not attached to a vacuum cleaner of course.

Either "squish" or "kerplop" depending on whether it lands on soft soil (or
hits a rabbit), or drops down the last few metres- some ailien pilots are
kinda dopey after their long flights.
Sometimes they make the sound "whew glad that scene was over, my arm was
beginning to ache", except that's actually the studio technician who holds
the UFO model up having a hard day.)
