Mark,
Are you going to that convention in San diego? And if yes, will Sylvia anderson be there to promote the book??Do you think if she is there to do the book promotion--will there be a question and answer session during that time??I would ask about possibly considering having a UFO movie done--but not like how Thunderbirds was carried out and failed.I know Star Trek the Next Generation when they were looking for story lines they had the writers that write the books under Star Trek--so it could of been Shatner ,Nimoy or a host of other fine book writers do this--which is my point.Like Billy Mumy from Losty in Space wanted to finish the series with the Robinsons either headed back to Earth or making it to Alpha Century--but Irwin Allen didn't want that or didn't want an ending to it--but Bill Mumy wrote a book and finished it(Bill Mumy played Will Robinson on the show). I since being in this group and reading soo many different opinions on the various episodes--example Straker not being the one driving the car into the gates of the studio little things like that--people tweeked things up,but only "WE"can make it work and make it soo much better!!I sound like a little kid,but you know what I am at heart and this is what I grew up on and love!!I want to see UFO happen!!! I have not heard that Sylvia Anderson is going to the comic con, so I assume that she is not. She doesn't retain any rights to UFO, so she really doesn't have a say whether it could/should be remade. And no, I'm not going to the comic con either... :-) Marc |

By the way, there seems to be 3 different versions of this book -- paperback, hardback, and limited edition. The "limited edition" is supposed to contain material not available in the hardback version. Anyone know what the extra material is? Marc |

All three 'versions' show 208 pages. The LTD. Edition is signed and numbered by Ms. Anderson, though. Cool! Jeff |
