Fanderson UFO Documentary to be released on DVD!

Hi all,

I saw on the Fanderson discussion group that they are running out
of VHS copies of their UFO and Space:1999 documentary videos, so
they are planning on releasing them on DVD! It sounds like
further details about this release will in the next issue of
FAB magazine.

Roger Nygard, who created Trekkies and the esequel, Trekkies 2, is
apparently developing teh new UFO series for Trilogy Entertainment.

well, i must be living under a rock. what new series? and wasn't
there to be a movie? hopefully better than thunderbirds?

I've just received the new FAB magazin (together with the SLEEPING
ASTRONAUTS CD) and Fanderson Sales announces the new SPACE: 1999 &
UFO THE DOCUMENTARIES DVD. Its Region 0 and contains the UFO and the
Space: 1999 Documentary plus over 45 minutes of special features:

"Derek Meddings: The Anderson Years" (a tribute in which Meddings
discusses his work at AP Films/Century 21)

"Space: 1899" (a Victorian take on S:1999's "Space Warp" ep) and

"Message from Moonbase Alpha" (with Zienia Merton).

All together 161 minutes of documentaries!

You can get it in PAL or NTSC. The price is (in Pounds):
UK 29.99 - Europe 30.99 - Rest of the World 32.99

Another reason for joining Fanderson :-)
