Great UFO Quotes

twonky
Denise,

Did you know that if you have the website address for MOST any
defunct site on the internet, you can go to

http://www.archive.org/

and access it there using the "Wayback Machine"?

Doesn't work for everything, but you should try it in this case.

John,
You are a godsend! I'd like to give you a kiss! (Nothing invasive, I promise. Just a peck on the cheek.) You've saved me days of work! Thanks so much! I'll have the quotes up much sooner than my first predictions.
Yours,
Denise

Yes, the "Wayback Machine" is handy for all sorts of things... for example,
if I want to see what my "UFO Series Home Page" looked like 13 years ago,
I can see that here:

Re: Great UFO Quotes

David Richards-2
Thanks for the wayback machine tip.
Found my Grandprix2 website still there after having recently been deleted
by my previous ISP (got a good run - hadn't been their customer for 8
years... and site was still up until recently). Only thing is the archived
version is missing the background image and that makes reading the text a
bit hard as it's white text which without the background disappears on a
white background.

If I could remember the URL for my other defunct websites, I'd give them a
try too.

My favourite quote is in ESP. When Croxley has Straker and Freeman at gunpoint in the wrecked house, he is reading their minds and says that Freeman's thought patterns are 'more devious' than Straker's. I laughed out loud.

John,
You are so bad! Honestly, I really can't find my wig. I think I may have given it to my daughter a few years ago. It always did look better on her anyway. Lilac was never my color. Anyway, she's not Gay Ellis, but she isa model. Maybe you'd take a peck on the cheek from her?

That's an easy 1:

Dial 011 for international direct dialing

Country code:  6666

No particular area code - not enough phones yet!

(Hint:  Read what that is on the phone keypad).
