I'm back...

Hi all,

Well, I'm back. I don't have anything definitive to report
about my father-in-law. We practically lived in the Intensive
Care Unit waiting room for 11 days, and we still don't know
if he will live or die. My wife is still there, but I finally
came back.

I couldn't help but notice that the phone in the ICU waiting
room sounded identical to that in A QUESTION OF PRIORITIES...

Also, it would seem that all moderated members and new members
have not been able to send messages to the list, because
I was gone, and my backup Bill Cotter also went on vacation
on Tuesday. Sorry about that!

So expect a flood of messages, a bit out of date perhaps....

Glad to have you back Marc! Hang in there, it sounds like it's going to be
a tough couple of weeks for you and your family.

Reminds me of my godchild who stood in hospital with a crack in
the kidney; her parents took turns to stay with her and they were
rather all in after this week. So I know how you feel, Marc: simply
tired.

Must be a strange feeling, isn't it? Especially in this case.
Would make me shivering :-( I keep my fingers crossed for your father-
in-law, Marc!

Best wishes
CU Christian

Welcome back, Marc. Sorry to hear things are still unsettled on the
family end. Best wishes on that front.
