Lt. Ford + Amnesia Drugs.

I too notice the odd voice over for Leiutenant
Ford, & often wondered why.....

A thought crossed my mind; what would have happened to SHADO operations and
security if the amnesia dr drug hadn`t been invented for them. Its
invention can be viewed as a convenient cop-out for the scriptwriters, to
avoid awkward storyline problems.

Withut the amnesia drug people who found out about SHADO would suffer
from fatal accidents or simply disappear.

in one episode the people were given the amnesia drug and an innocent man
died anyway .scott

Exactly. Like the relatives of Cass or Liz would get a notice from
Police saying that the brakes had failed on her car and it was found
at the bottom of a gulley -- no survivors...that's the way it would
go down in a real-world scenerio.
