Marc is out of town

Bill Cotter
Marc wrote to tell me he will be away for a few days due to a death in
the family. His father-in-law just passed away. I'm sure that you all
join me in sending our thoughts to him and his family.

I'll be keeping an eye on the list while he's away, so please let me
know if you run into any problems with it.

Regards

Bill Cotter

I have to second this.
I can understand, too.

There's not much we can do...
Except keep you in our hearts and think about you in these sad moments...

Thank you, Bill, for letting us know. May peace and comfort be with his
family at this time.
Yours,
Denise

I understand also. My mother died in a nursing home on 17 October 2000. She
would have been 91 on 1 Nov 2000. She had had Parkinson's disease bad for some
time. The house still seems empty without her. My father died in 1971.

CBS & UFO

Someone told me that CBS loved "UFO" so much as a
series, they were willing to produce the second
season, but it had already been "cancelled" by
Anderson/ITC/Century 21. Any truth to that? I just
can't see Bill Paley agreeing to that!!

When I watched UFO on CBS, it was shown on Sunday
afternoons and finally pre-empted out of existance by
golf tournaments and "Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom."

Hi all,

Thanks to all of you who sent me sympathies for the passing of my
father-in-law. It was a very nice funeral service, and on the day of
the funeral we bought a new kitten to bring "new life" into our
household, which my wife Tracy is finding helpful.

And thanks again to Bill Cotter for looking after the list while I
was away... that "Responsibility Seat" has been used a lot in these
past few months!
